How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
I learned about it in my regular 48Days email from Dan Miller. I hope to share what I know, learn from everyone here and create friendships and relationships that bless us both!
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
I am the author of Today's the Day Seven Week Fitness Plan, 2nd edition;numerous e-books;and have my own website, http://www.ThreeDimensionalVitality.com, an informational, holistic health website and forum for my coaching business.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
I want to build my website to be a very accessible and valuable resource; to continue building a holistic health coaching clientele; offer information products - e-books, videos, courses; do workshops/seminars in the future; and build my income streams.
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
To create multiple income streams and passive income so that I can help my 3 children to pay off college loans and create a secure financial situation for my husband and me. To advance the Kingdom of God and be a blessing to all who cross my path!
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
Organizational skills; love researching and writing and explaining things simply and clearly with practical applications.
Do you have a website presence anywhere?
http://www.ThreeDimensionalVitality.com
Are you interested in finding a better job, starting a business, growing your current business, writing a book, blogging, podcasting, coaching, speaking, sales & marketing, or something else?

If you have a product or service to promote (now or in the near future) this is your shot to state it! Say all you'd like:
I have developed a program I incorporate into all my coaching packages called the "3-D Living Program." There are 4 basic components which are each applied to spirit, soul and body - they are detox/cleanse, nourish/fuel, intentional exertion/exercise and rest/reboot. They are more fully explained on my website, as are all the coaching packages. My book, Today's the Day Seven Week Fitness Plan, is available in softcover, on Kindle and as an e-book and also as part of my 7 week companion coaching program! There are other coaching options on the Affordable Coaching link.

Ann, Thanks for the comment about writing vs a phone call.  I love the idea of what you do with writing your thoughts down for your children.  What a gift to them.  Keep on writing, my friend!  Blessings, Joanne

Thanks, Ann for commenting on my blog. I agree, I am not really comfortable in a home that is for show. I want it to be lived in. I want to wander around and see what is important to them and feel the love there.  Sounds like you feel the same. Blessings, Joanne

I will definitely view your website as well as share it with all my contacts and friends. Even though you specialize in helping women achieve vitality. It appears you have been quite successful in this area, publishing a couple books, among other things. Congratulations on all your success!

I have recently read a number of books that have equipped me with the knowledge to aid the process of restoring my health. Coaching others in this area is something that greatly piques my interest. How did you get into coaching in this area? Where would I begin the process of becoming one myself? Thank you!

I always encourage my clients to work with me to create a personalized meal plan that works well for them. There is absolutely no guarantee that any one particular diet will work well for you.…
