Comment by Kimberley Wiggins 10 hours ago: Congrats Karen for taking action and signing up for Innovate. I am not attending that event but Coaching with Excellence instead. I don't know of anyone else currently who is going but one thing I would suggest is to determine what you expect to get out of it prior to your going so you can at least get a question answered or something revealed to you while you are there. That always helps me to have sharper focus.
