Hello Ladies - I hope everyone's week is going well! I've posted my new blog, One Smple Step…Continue
A key question in my most recent blog is who is your ideal client? Erin has clearly defined her ideal client in the discussion post above. I'd love to hear who YOUR ideal client is? Who are your services designed to help?
Here's my answer: My coaching practice focuses on coaches and other service based entrepreneurs in start-up
What about you?
A really big welcome to Leslie Cardinal in San Antonio, Texas who is also a coach and consultant. Leslie, please tell us more about the type of coaching that you do... who is your ideal client?
Thanks for the comment. I also found it amazing to learn about the body/mind/thoughts connection but more and more science is verifying this sort of thing. Here is another connection--many of the body language moves are somewhat similar to positions I've been learning in Tai Chi which is designed to focus your energy, your chi. Funny how everything is connected.
I just read the post about building confidence! What a powerful message, Lynne! Thanks so much for sharing! I've known about the messages we send with our body language for many years, but I don't think I've ever considered the possibility that we can actually change the way we feel and the way we behave by simply assuming what Amy Cuddy calls a "power pose." It makes all the sense in the world and is so simple. To have scientific evidence to back it up make it even more powerful! Thanks again for sharing! I can certainly use this as I move forward in achieving my goals and dreams!
Going on job interviews can be challenging. I posted a blog this week on how to create a winning interview but I'd be interested to know what was the best or worst interview you ever went on... My worst and most memorable was an interview I got sent on when the county I worked for was eliminating my counseling position and I had to go interview for a job as a probation officer that involved learning to shoot a gun. Seriously. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
A really big welcome to our newest member, Cassandra B. Jones from Maryland. She is interested in finding her calling, perhaps as a coach who encourages others. Cassandra, please let us know how we can help!

Welcome to our newest member, Shirah Chante! Check out her website:
Lots of good information here for anyone who want to improve their relationships!
Veronica- Writing a blog on a weekly basis is huge! Kudos to you. Here would be my suggestion to improve your website. Compile your blogs into an ebook and create a year's worth of devotionals. Then offer it as a free product on your website if people sign up with their email. This is a good way to create more interest in signing up for your weekly inspiration. Hope that helps!
