Decluttering your home gets you moving.
Sure you aren’t working up a sweat (unless you have a lot of stuff that you are really actively getting rid of), but you are still moving – from one pile to another, to put things back in their place, to and from the trash, etc. Activity adds up throughout the day. It may not be your biggest calorie burn, but it definitely helps.
