Hi Pei - Thanks for your note. Senior Life Journeys is my heart. It is a company dedicated to the education of dementia. I am a Dementia Specialist and Life Coach for families traveling the journey of dementia. I also do Music Therapy in group settings for individuals who have dementia. I would love for you to visit my website www.seniorlifejourneys.com to learn more. I have an email newsletter that goes out each Wednesday morning. If you would like to receive it, just drop me a note. On the flip side of life, I have lost 100 pounds. That weight loss was the result of a severe food allergy. So, I can relate to living gluten free. While I am not allergic to gluten, I am allergic to artificial ANYTHING. That severely limits the foods I am able to eat, the cosmetics or lotions I use, the soap, etc., etc. I am thankful for this allergy! I have written a book entitled, "If My Body Is A Temple, Why Am I Eating Doughnuts?", and it tells of my journey through losing the weight. Thanks for asking!
Pei, It was GREAT meeting you and Joel at the WTTB event. I am smiling at the future and I know you are too. Among other things, I am looking forward to more growth & excitement for you and with you! ~M
Pei, it is just 77 right now and sunny in Seattle! I meant to tell you earlier too that you made an impact on me and my 12 year old son about the podcast on fasting. He was so impressed by your dedication and faith. He wants to do it too!
Pei, thanks so much for your sweet comment on my blog. But I especially thank you for the link to Louis Armstrong singing What a Wonderful World. I should have included that in my blog. It is a great way to start the day with a profound reminder! Bless you, dear friend! jfm
