Gee, I really had fun writing and researching this post on work-life balance tips. See it was a real challenge for me because, like many of you, I’m not always so good at it. In fact, I can at times be pretty bad at it. The thought presented itself that perhaps I shouldn’t be writing on the subject; I don’t want to be a hypocrite. However, I quickly corrected that thought.
The research and writing about work life balance turned out to be surprising, practical, necessary, and fun. I discovered there are actually all kinds of practical reasons many of us try to fit 28 hours of activity into 24. Which somehow makes me feel a bit better. And provides me with some tips about how we can re-balance when we’ve spun off kilter.
