Clutter, Clutter, Clutter…. Sounds like a chicken house of nothing but noise!

We live in a noisy world where everything is go, go, go… then show, show, show, and do it again, again, again!

Where is there time to think! I could be wrong with my figures here but I believe I heard a psychologist mention that we think on average about 60,000 thoughts a day. That statement alone makes my head spin!

When Cheryl and I went on our Anniversary get-away, part of my thought process was to stop doing as much as I can and then when I start-up again try to measure how much this really affected my life.

From there I wrote down all of the things that are important and started to slowly incorporate things back into my life one by one based on priority.

It’s a method of de-cluttering. Before long I’ll see what items I don’t have room for that have little importance and they’ll just get dropped off the list.

Sometimes you just have to stop thinking and stop doing so you can take a look at what’s important and what’s just taking up space.

Is your life full of noise? And if so would a Stop Doing Challenge help you fix this?

If you try this out even for a day, please I would love to hear how this helped you!
