The "Dreaded Mondays" Have Dissappeared!
It's Saturday and I'm smiling!
It's Saturday and I'm working on police academy homework and I'm smiling...and looking forward to Monday.
Why?
Because, I'm learning about the job I can't wait to do. For the past 4 years, I have been working in a great medical career field as a Microbiologist, but I didn't have the passion for it. My favorite saying, "I don't get giddy over a tube of E. coli!" However, I do get excited about this new venture of becoming a police officer because I'm learning that this job requires all my abilities and skills to get the job done. I'm not behind a desk doing paperwork all the time. I'm working with people who think like me and love the same things I do.
This purpose-filled action came from reading Dan's book and attending his "Coaching with Exellence" seminar! Thank you so much 48 Days team! You guys are inspiring!
