*This is my first blog post :)) Guys I found the courage to share it with you. I have no background in blogging, I just used to write some inspiring posts but with a very simple language. Please note English is not my native language, I would write my blog in Russian. But your comments are very welcome. I know this post is just something that came out rigght from my soul. With no particular structure... I know I will learn it with time. But only with time and practice. Anyways, i need to start somewhere. So I am starting here and right now!*

With the approach of new year I have imagined how we will celebrate it. We'll say good bye to the passing year, highlighting our successes and hushing up about what we failed at. We will be greating new year with new hopes that everything will be different this year.

How many hopes for the coming year - new stuff, new trips, maybe new job, new house, new body :)

In spring time people are still on the rise - together with new leaves on the trees people's hopes blossom.

In summer - its time of vacations, hot days, and the life seems to be at its peak. Goals and plans are sent for holidays.

But here comes September, and it brings new believe in success, as students would look forward to the callenges of their new academic year. Days pass quickly. And all of a sudden you see snow outside. Winter time has come. Another new year to be greated.

This is how our life looks like. From year to year. A lot of things happen - good or not so good. But our most cherished wishes and dreams get eaten by routine. Then doubts are added  - they grow into confidence that those wishes and dreams are not longer relevant. Maybe that's the case! And its great if they are replaced by other meaningful dreams and plans... But in most cases the picture looks different.

Here is your chance to start getting your dreams come true. Your chance to have the future that you wanted but for some reason restrained it.

Simply write it dow. Let it happen in your imagination and pour it out onto the paper. Don't spare the paper - write down every single detail. Let your fantasies paint most bright pictures, even if they seem to be unbelievable. Imagine that you live on a planet where EVERYTHING is possible - just make your order. What kind of future will you order? What kind of person will you be in that future? Who are the people around you? What makes your life interesting? What gives you biggest joy? Who do you make happy? What talents do you have? You can ask yourself many more questions that will generate more details of your wonderful future.

Give yourself all the time you need. Let yourself dream. One day that future will be your present.

Right now, at this very moment - you are making your order for the future. Whether you are writing it down or not. So better grab a pen..... :)

Way to go Saule. I'm so glad back in 2009 I decided to start sharing my passion through blogging. Little did I know at the time it would turn into a full-time business. You are right...it starts with courage!

Saule, welcome to blogging!!!!

If you are interested, we have a blogging group HERE in the 48Days.net community. I believe Jonathan who is the leader of this group takes folks how to become profitable in blogging, however it might be nice to see if they have any tips that are interesting.

Love how you dived in and started!!

Saule,

This is really great advice, and something it's good for us all to remember as we approach our new year. I know Dan on the podcast is big on reminding us to start planning out our goals now, instead of waiting until New Year's Eve like most people do, so we can hit the ground running in the new year!

And I'm so glad you're writing. You definitely have the right idea. I'm a native English speaker, and yet I still have a lot of little fears that keep me from writing. "My writing isn't good enough," "this is cheesy," blah blah blah. So you have overcome the biggest hurdle by simply starting! By writing often, and also by reading well-written work, your writing will naturally improve. And for big writing projects, we all need editors anyway.

The imagery in your post is quite beautiful. I like the image of "not sparing the page," filling it up to the brim with our "bright fantasies." As long as you keep having bold beautiful ideas like that, the right words will be there when you need them.
