Every few weeks we are getting together with some Foodies to eat, chat, and get lost in the work of delicious food. I have recently named us the Society of Divine Foodies. Some of the members don't know yet but they will soon enough (when dues need to be paid).
A couple weeks ago, we hosted one such event at our home. There were blue cheese sliders, caprese salad, homemade chicken caesar with homemade dressing-anchovies and all. We also got together this week for the 4th of July. One member, upon leaving, asked a very important question, "when are we getting together again?" I am already planning the next event.
