Although the unemployment rate is hovering around 4% in 2017, I’m hearing a lot from job seekers who are frustrated. They are applying for more jobs than ever, but not getting interviews. Turns out, your resume writing, as well as your job search technique, may be the culprit.
It is pretty simple; if you aren’t getting interviews something isn’t working for you. If you are putting in hundreds of resumes without result, something needs to change.
