Previous work experience that was less than fulfilling (those Chicken Poop I’ll – never -do- that -again experiences) believe it or not serve a purpose in guiding us toward a career we love and feel successful in. It’s all about how we view and use the information about those experiences that will move us closer or further away from a fulfilling life. Our mindset about what we’ve experienced affects the choices we make going forward big time.

Career is a huge part of life; it’s a major way many of us define our life success. Not only do we spend 8 to 10 of our precious 24 hours a day at it (499,200 hours over 30 years of working 8 hour days), but how well our job, career, and company fit us can enhance or detract from our life fulfillment.
