Have you hit the target on everything you hoped to change or accomplish this year?

Me either. Not even close. Few are or ever will.  There’s just so much stuff that sounds great that doesn’t seem reasonable given all the other things in our lives.

Nice goal setting here Jeff! It REALLY does make a huge difference when we aim at goals versus just trying to "improve" something. Running is also a great example for me. I find my excuses for not running come quickly if I am not training for anything. Yet when I have a upcoming race - it is a no brainer to get out there and train. This is true for any aspect in our lives.

I haven't hit the target on everything I'd hoped to accomplish this year either - but I have made forward progress and each step was one closer to making next year even better - so I am pleased with that.
