LI have been reading about the Mastermind Concept of Napoleon Hill. According TO Hill in " The Law Of Success" A mastermind is created through the blending of two or more minds Out of that the harmonious blending of the group a third mind is born which is a collective mind. Hill believed each individual could contact and tap into the subconscious mind of the others and that there was an infinite intelligence, an Ethernet which contained all of the thoughts throughout history. It was necessary that the members be harmonious and that the mastermind existed as long as this harmony continued and If it disappeared it was as if the Mastermind never existed. Hill thought the optimal amount of people in a Mastermind to be 6 or 7.They were to be gathered Organized effort is what He called it when men gather or unite for a given end this sort of Cooperation he called Organized effort. One point in particular that Hill mentioned was that each person should have a chief aim which is their specific single minded goal. When he interviewed people he found that 95 percent of them had no Definite Chief aim and this he thought to be the leading cause of failure, Wm Wrigley's Chief Aim was to sell Chewing Gum Henry Ford's the Manufacture and sale of automobiles. A definite Chief Aim is something you can search on the Internet and "The Law of Success"' can be obtained free on Free e-books .net. A mastermind can step up success maybe even give a person more courage to achieve their goal. I have developed a new appreciation for this concept from reading "The Law of Success" The mastermind influences with positive values and mentality aand the opposite can also be true. in 1896 Gustave lebon wrote a book titled "The Crowd" which asserts the concept of a third mind growing out of a group also but Lebon's book is mostly about the negative impact of this although he states a group can have a positive effect. It is known that Adolph Hitler used the tactics from "The Crowd".
