Get started on your "Success" journal

We are having a fun, inspring discussion in our forum.

Some of the members and myself are challenging and holding each other accountable for tracking our successes. (It's a great way to build up momentum and intensity.)

The word "success" was a little intimidating at first but once we realized that "success" comes from our own definition and can be as simple as hitting the snooze button only once instead of the normal three times (that's a success), it became easy.
