Having bought into the myth that professional success is reserved only for those persons with a hard-driving, take-no-prisoners style, she diligently tried to bend, shape and contort into whom she thought she was required to be.

However, what she later learned is that such acrobatic efforts did nothing more than twist her out of shape.

Dr. Delain, from South Carolina, joins us back on the show and shares some of the insights she's picked up in her spiritual and emotional reawakening, as well as some of the faith-filled steps she is now taking.
