Your place for community & resources to find or create work you love
We are so glad you're here and ready to take the next step! We created 48days.net as a place for community. For people to encourage each other and help each other in finding or creating work that is meaningful.
But frankly, we've outgrown it, so we're moving to provide you new resources.
48Days.net will be closing as it is today on November 30, 2017. Until then current members can click the button below to access groups and resources.
If you're new to 48days.net, connect here for a close up look at our thriving 48 Days Eagles Community and to get weekly free resources and motivation as you find and create work you love.
I have a plaque on my wall that I was given by Dan Miller when I joined the 212 Connection network a few years ago. On it is a reminder to Lead with Vision and it references Proverbs 29:18 which states, “Where there is no vision, the people perish”.
I believe in this passage with all my heart. The vision is always unfolding and the cool thing is we get to decide pretty much what unfolds by how or what we vision.
Einstein put it perfectly when he said, “the imagination is a preview of life’s coming attractions”.
I can look back in my own life and gauge fairly close to how I was thinking three to five years before any given point in time when I was living a certain way. Astonishingly, whether I was intentionally visioning or not, it appeared that my life unfolded based on my own proceeding thought process.
It seems the visions are always there and we’re always living those out whether we try to or not. It’s when we don’t intentionally vision our world, where we end up thinking in rut patterns and self defeating thoughts that eventually unfold exactly how we imagined life to be.
Can you imagine if there was no vision? There would probably be nothing at all. Everything would just end.
One of my clients and great friend Cindy Hirch is a prime example of what intentionally visioning means and then moving forward all the while watching it come to life.
We started working together almost exactly 2 years ago. We developed her Vision, implemented, and today I’m proud to say that she is LIVING her VISION!

So, yes… Visioning is real, it works, it’s always working and you get to decide what world you’d like to create.
What does your vision look like?
