Do you ever get a sense of discontentment in your life? You know there is something that isn’t quite what you want it to be, but you just can’t place your finger on it? Generally I find that when that happens to me, it’s the universe gently nudging me on towards a change. Now changes are never easy, and they can sometimes involve a lot of work to make it a positive experience. But change is also one of the only things we can guarantee will always happen in life, regardless of if we want it to or not. (Click to Tweet!)
If you feel that nudge happening, then it’s time to take a good look in your life and figure out what isn’t working anymore. It is something in your job? Your relationships or home life? Something regarding your health and well-being? Or maybe it involves your finances or time management? Really pay attention to how your body responds to your thoughts as you pick through various options. Do you get a negative gut reaction? Do you feel instantly stressed or anxious? Perhaps you even get a sense of dread when thinking about a certain topic. If so, then you know that area needs to be addressed, even though you would probably prefer to subconsciously avoid it altogether.
