Ability isn't enough. 3 ways to open more doors.
Chances are that you know someone who has great potential, but is struggling to find a job or move up where they’re at. They may be extremely smart. They may hold multiple degrees and certifications. They may be very experienced. Yet they are coming up short.
I’ve seen it a lot working in Human Resources. These are the people who have a nice resume. They get some interviews or consideration for promotion, but in the end, the best opportunities seem to get away.
Commonly, they’re hanging their hat on ability alone.

Well said Jeff! Like they say, it's a domino effect. When you do good to other people they will give it to you in return. Having surrounded with people who aspire big dreams also makes you want to adapt it for yourself. Like what Steve Jobs said, stay hungry stay foolish.
