You may be thinking this year whether you even need a goal list. Maybe for years it has been the same stuff on your list as before so you are figuring why bother. It may be such items as I want to exercise more this year, lose weight, get out of debt, travel more, find another job, etc.
If you feel this way, the problem with your goal list could be several things such as:
1) Your list is long and it goes on and on. Your mind gets overwhelmed by even looking at all the things you need to do and it is frustrating.
2) There is no organization to the list.
3) It is lacking purpose.
4) You still have the same things on your list from last year which is discouraging.
