The sinks should also be installed so that food can be prepped easily. The food storage also needs to be planned ahead. The food business cannot be run without the food so food storage is a necessary part of the business.
The pans, pots, and all the serving dishes also need to be bought. The crockery should be chosen according to the menu. While catering events you also need to have table linens, napkins, and table decorations.
