6.  Make your bedroom a sanctuary.  Your bedroom should be used for sleep/relaxation and intimacy.  When you set yourself up for success, success follows.  If you set yourself up for failure, then failure is sure to come.  So how can you make your bedroom a sanctuary?

 I needed this. Thank you. Sleep has become lackluster lately and it is causing me to drag; performance is slowing.

Apologies for the delayed response. My kiddo and I have been on vacation so I have been unplugged.

Ann, thank you! It took me a while to learn these things in my own life. However, it has made a world of difference.

Chad, I was very terrible about things like that. I would turn the TV on or start watching stuff on my iPad. Next thing I knew, I had been there for an hour or two. I hated the feeling in the morning and it was never worth it. Thanks for your comments sir!

Chris - I love #7! That is so insightful and yet we all too often just keep doing things the same way because, well, that's just what we do! And it becomes automatic so we don't think about it. Thank you for pointing this out!
