Thanks Jim, Just this week I was speaking to a friend who has lost two jobs in the past 6 months. He had his own business for 20 years and loved it. The problem was that he was notoriously bad with money and subsequently lost his business, home and is now dealing with tax liens.

The jobs he lost were both in the same industry as the business he had, but he sabotaged them because he couldn't stand not running his own show. He's a great guy with a lot of drive and I have learned a lot from him. Much of what I have learned is that setting yourself up on a financial freedom plan, allows you to be totally flexible.
