More and more people are getting to know the benefits of having healthy “gut bacteria”, and the factors that cause imbalance include but not limited to: processed/refined foods, high sugar diet, antibiotics, beef and dairy from “conventionally” raised cattle, birth control pills, anti-cholesterol meds, antidepressants and blood thinning drugs.
