Miss South Texas Breshell Hurley honored us by coming to our “Real Good Health” studio. With grace and courage, she shared her message: Gluten free.
Miss Hurley described her symptoms, her trouble with breathing, as “drowning in air”. Over a period of nine months, she sought out numerous medical specialists with no answer. She was especially devastated when an ER doctor suggested it could be “psychological”. (Jump to Podcast)
Currently the majority of wheat/gluten intolerance are still misdiagnosed.
The discovery was indeed life-changing. Miss Hurley has since been embracing her struggles and fighting for the one in every seventeen people who are gluten sensitive.
At eighteen years old, this absolutely elegant young lady also serves as a role model of “you can achieve your dreams and visions no matter what has happened to you in the past”.

Thank you for sharing and congratulations on your weight loss success.
I can't speak for my wife but I bet she would love to learn more about your diet and weight loss journey.
Would you be interested in sharing your story?
While I am not allergic to gluten, I cannot eat anything with preservatives. That pretty much leaves me with fresh things in their original state. Because of this, I have lost 100 pounds. I am thankful for this allergy! It makes life a challenge, but it is forcing me to be healthy.
