Is there a difference between being vulnerable to someone as opposed to being fragile to someone. I think there is. I think they are both on the same scale of exposing your true self to someone, but I feel like showing yourself as fragile is way deeper. I think vulnerability is being able to say to someone "hey I am not perfect, this is what I have been through and here is why" or "I am here and I am scared, but I choose not to run away".
