How I Plan to Save the World One Parent at a Time

Saving the world one parent at a time is a difficult challenge, but someone has to do it.Now I don’t intend to put on tights (sorry ladies or I should say you’re welcome ladies), throw a cape around my neck, and save parents from the zombie apocalypse. Although that would be really cool, I plan on doing it in a more practical manner.Being a parent is challenging. How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
It's amazing how God works b/c I started listening to Dan about a year after my wife and I had a full term stillborn baby. At that point I was in a really dark place and needed some encouragement...Dan's podcast (and books and forum) gave me what I needed. Shortly after applying his lessons, my life started changing for the better!
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
I am in a career I absolutely love - Dental Sales. Although I enjoy my career, I believe in diversifying my earnings. That is the reason I love having side gigs. Currently, I earn an extra $500-$1,000 a month selling on amazon. Additionally, I am starting a site StuffParentsLike and working on some videos and books.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
As I mentioned, I do love my job! However, I would love to be out on my own some day. I love experimenting with different ideas and taking action. Currently I am in the process of creating a program to help others learn how they can make money using Amazon's FBA program and I am staring a blog at www.StuffParentsLike.com
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
Three major goals I have in my life include (that I also believe I can accomplish in the next three years):

1) Financial Independence - Having enough money to do what I want...when I want.

2) Location Independence - I want to have the freedom to travel and live in different places with my children

3) Time Independence - Have the ability to control my schedule completely.
Do you have a website presence anywhere?

If you have a product or service to promote (now or in the near future) this is your shot to state it! Say all you'd like:

How to Create Twitter Cards in Under Five Minutes

Posted on December 13, 2013 at 8:32am 0 Comments

I just read Gary Vaynerchuk's book Jab, Jab, Jab...Right Hook.  This is NOT  a book about boxing, but a book all about social media.  It is a great book and I highly recommend it!

One of the best ideas Gary discussed were Twitter Cards.  We all know that twitter allows us 140 characters, but Twitter Cards let us cheat.  They give marketers, bloggers, and anyone with a website an opportunity to expand on…
