It's Quiet

My girls have a teen activity tonight at church and I’m using this time to write instead of messing with traffic. The teens started in the gym playing games, the music was loud, and I administered first aid by the giving of a band-aid. Then, they all moved downstairs for the rest of the evening and I’m alone in the lobby at the front desk. The only noise I hear is the humming of the heater and ice maker. Last week was a very strange and hard week for those in the United States. Two brothers set off bombs at the Boston Marathon, a plant exploded in Texas and ricin-laced letters were sent to multiple people including the president. I'm writing today to give you an update on my book. My book has overtaken my writing of my blog these past few weeks. I hope you don't mind this update. I have about 20 pages left to write before my book will be completed. I would like for it to be completed by the end of this month. What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: Homemaker

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: Would love to share what I'm learning about God with others through Bible studies and books.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: Want to do something I can do from home as being a full-time mother is my main objective in life.

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: I love to be organized, having a schedule and knowing expectations. I feel that if people can be organized in their relationship with God and have proper expectations then their relationship with Him can flourish.
