- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- Podcasts, 48days, No More Mondays, are vehicles motivating and inspiring me to open my own mobile bakery. I'm looking for resources and encouragement from this community
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- Working on a family project building a home, and internet relevance job and in the planning/startup stages of my business
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- End goal of this business is having a mobile bakery that I can be around my family and prepare bread and then sell it on the streets- fresh. I am looking for a schedule that I can dictate so I can make sure I am around my kids and wife when they need me.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- Personally, I want to become more active. I want to do a hike more than 60 miles, in the next 5 years I want to hike around the bottom of Mt. Rainier. I want to become a more avid reader at least 2 books a month

I suppose I should give an explanation of the title. Pretty sure it's french and I'm pretty sure it means that everything is in it's place. I took the idea from Peter Reinhart's Bread Baker's Apprentice. He lays it out in the book as gathering the ingredients measuring everything out and having it ready to go. This blog is my chronicle. I'm hoping it will be an epic of transformation on what I am learning as a man and entreprenuer. I'm not sure if starting a business to develop myself into a stronger man is a great idea, if it's too much risk with my wife and 15 month old daughter. I'm sure though that I need accountability, and that I don't have people running up and making me accountable.
