How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
I heard about it in the podcast. I hope I can get help in how to apply my true calling. I am going to help people in Latin America switch to a abundance mentality, empower them, have a more balanced life, be more resourceful and less blaming on other people such as the government, employers/ees, coworkers, family members, inheritance, etc.

I want to focus on Employers/business owners see the benefit of taking care of their employees as if they where their family and friends. Inspiring emplyees to grow in their personal life and see the benefit of doing the best in their work for the benefit of all.
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
Employed with a fundraising consulting firm. I am not generating any income outside my job.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
I want to develop tools such as books, seminars, live events, workshops, etc. manly inspired on the things I am learning from Dan Miller, Dave Ramsey, Simon Sinek, John Maxwell, and many others. I know what we are laking in Latin America, but more importantly I know what makes our culture so rich and wonderful.

I want to find the balance between the "American Dream"(Work until you have lots of money and nothing else matters) and the Latin America layback culture of "Family and party/fun today, work/career growth mañana"
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
All I have focused is career growth and make more money no matter what... I want to put an end to this madness, I want to grow in all areas of my life, but my current job requires a lot of moving, so It has been very difficult for me to make grow in all areas; specially social and family.

My dream is to have my own schedule and all decision I make would dictate my future. I know deep in my heart that I am a business owner and a successful billionaire as happy as I can ever be. I have not discovered what would be the spark that will skyrocket me to the top of my fulfillment, but I am getting closer everyday!!
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
I am an extremely good public speaker. I love presenting or selling anything I believe in to an audience. The bigger the audience, the better.

Also, I can present or sell anything I believe much better than any of my peers. I do better if the people I am presenting to are powerful, rich, influential, important, etc. For example, Cardinals, Bishops, potential billionaire donors, etc. I have never met anyone that can read people and adjust their presentation on the spot as I can. It only works if I truly believe in it, if I don't and they ask me to sell it, I will totally shutdown. I refuse to lie about something I don't believe in.

I am enchanting, everyone that gets to know me, they love hanging out with me. I have them laughing all the time, they trust me with all their problems; for some reason they trust me really fast. I think they know I will keep their secrets; and I do! I hate talking bad about people, we all have our demons. I like to see the good in people and only focus on their strengths.

I'd like to point out that one of the best places to connect with other liked-minded people here is in the GROUPS section. There are groups for just about every interest you can think of, and if you can't find a group that interests you, you can start one. Groups are my favorite part of 48Days.Net!

Finally, it sounds like you are interested in writing. If so, consider joining the Write It Forward. There are some great discussions going on that will likely be very profitable for you.

Plus, you might want to check out Speak It Forward as well. It's another group I'm involved with that has a lot of activity taking place.

Again, enjoy 48Days.Net. It's a great place to be!
