What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
Self Employed Real Estate and Note investor. I am currently purchasing, managing and liquidating performing and non-performing mortgage notes. I also buy and rehab residential house using private investor funds. I have also just recently started working with a very experienced investor buying multi-family apartment buildings nationwide using private investor funding.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
My goal is to continue buying notes and start building my portfolio of multi-family apartment buildings for the next 5-10 years and creating a 5 figure passive income by the end of 2012 while building equity in each project. This will be with my partner, Sheri.
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
Yes, to fund significant worldwide travel several times/year. Possibly live a multi-country lifestyle with several months each year in either Europe or Costa Rica and several months each year in NYC. Start a music group and continue to train in my martial art and possibly even teach more. I would also like to leave a legacy for my daughter - one of love & success. Someone that she can look up to and remember as a loving, successful father that was a major positive influence in her life and the lives of others.
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
I can offer imagination, creativity, unending optimism, persistence and tenacity. The idea that every problem has a solution. The ability to visualize and put ideas together. I will elaborate on this.

I am currently creating a note education program that will be available on my www.noteedu.com website. As I stated above, I am getting started in investing in Multi-family apartment buildings nationwide . I will be working in tandem with a VERY experienced and savvy investor that has been doing this for quite some time. I will be utilizing all of his experience, resources, expertise and even his management company once I start acquiring properties. As part of this venture, we are always seeking investors or visionaries that see the huge potential in this endeavor and might be interested in getting involved as minority partners by becoming equity partners in these projects. We are buying these projects at a small fraction of their replacement costs and enjoying amazing returns on our investments. Due to the financial magnitude of these projects, we are always seeking outside money sources since most of these projects need to be purchased with cash.
