I recommend that besides groups like mine you also pick up some good books like Robert Allen's "Creating Wealth" or Ken McElroy's "ABC's of Real Estate Investing". I am also a fan of Robert Kiyosaki's books and there are several including "Increasing your Financial IQ" or "Rich Dad Poor Dad". If I can be of any personal assistance along the way let me know. Take a minute and visit my website catalystcoachnation.com or gallydevelopment.com there are some few tidbits there that you might find helpful. Be a continuous learner and develop some good relationships with local investors in your area.
