Who Steers your Ship?

Posted on November 28, 2011 at 5:08am 0 Comments

Imagine for a moment your inner self, being like a large ocean-faring ship at sea. Pick for yourself some ship, maybe huge like a Cruise ship, or maybe something older and larger like the Titanic. Maybe something like the old triple, or four mast sailing ships you’ve seen in pirate movies. Maybe a high-tech cutters, like the ones that win world cup races… Alright, got the ship fixed in your mind!?

A Risk Worth Taking?

Posted on November 22, 2011 at 2:30am 2 Comments

Without a doubt, it burns in me to help young people (around ages 13-24) succeed! My parents did not offer me much direction or guidance so I want better things for those young people who want better things for themselves. It is my desire to help them realize the most fantastic, the most farfetched, the most loftiest dream for their lives!  It is understandable some might be scared (reluctant might be a…

Thanks for the friend requestion, Mitch.

Something big would be great!  A lot of little things are what I'm looking for right now.  I plan to invest more time with 48 Days, but it seems like it's going to be more of a journey of persistence than anything else.  I am developing skills and abilities in three areas: I.T. analysis (based on I.T. experience), life coaching, and relational leadership as a whole.  The perspective I have on the latter two represent a significant nitch.  From what I have seen, most people have nothing close to the way I approach things.  I'm unemployed at the moment, so I am working on some small ways to start, mostly with family and friends.  Eventually, I would like to do some writing.  In the mean time, various journals will have to do.  I hear that other authors have started that way.

Luckily, we have technology to keep in touch.  Please let me know how it's going with your practice.  Keep working at it and pretty soon you'll be helping so many people you'll have to refer them to other coaches.  Send me an e-mail if you need help with anything, even if it's just venting!
