- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I have listed to Dan Miller's podcasts for years! I am hoping to explore new ideas through discussion on this site, as well as help others in any way that I can.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I am currently working as a contractor for a great local company. I am their marketing coordinator and love the flexible hours as well as the work that I do for them.
I have also owned my own business for a couple years, but haven't quite gotten to the point of making a lot of money. I enjoy what I do, but would love to monetize the business more to the point that I can do that work "full time."
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- As stated above, I would love to move my business to the point of making more money. I do have a business partner and would love to push this beyond the "hobby" stage to something more significant.
I am also FULL of business ideas and would love to just explore my potential and dream big. Some day, I will be a mom and would love to quit my marketing job so that I can work at home.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- I would love to start up an "Idea Catalyst" group in Grand Rapids. I don't know exactly what that means, but I would love to be able to help facilitate the connections and be a resource to people who want to make their dreams happen.
My husband is working on his pilot's license and loving it, but that will be a huge dream realized for the both of us once we are over that hurdle and he is able to actually work as a pilot!
I would also like to be able to run a 5k in under 20 minutes, take a trip to Italy, own a lake house and have four kids of my own, and adopt at least one (some day!).
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I am a dreamer! I have a "go-getter" personality, and am willing to try new things!

- My company offers custom decoration and theme design for weddings! We consult with brides to give them tangible ways to make their wedding dreams a reality, and are also available to help with the "heavy lifting" - creating custom decor, invitations, and the like.
