Distressed furniture auction website

My wife and I find cheap furniture, paint, then distress the pieces. We have done this several times, but with our location, people tend to be more frugal. The feeling we get is, "if you don't have a store front, then it's not worth what you are asking."So my idea is, since we do two to three pieces a week, to have a website where people can bid on the pieces or buy the piece instantly. We would also have a blog in conjunction with the website to build up hype for the next pieces going up for…See More

Profile Information

How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
I've listened to 48 Days to the Work you Love and have been listening to the podcast since 2011
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
I am self-employed and loving the challenge. I am a front-end developer with the ability to design.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
I often dream of seeing some place amazing, or more specifically, food I see on the travel channel and dream of taking the next flight there to get what I just saw on TV. I remember going on my first cruise and wishing I could just stay in Florida for one more day just to relax on the beach and take it all in, rather I was flying back home to go to work the next day. I love keeping busy, but I also need time away. This is what I am striving for in my life's adventure.
Do you have a website presence anywhere?
http://thedigitaldesign.com
If you have a product or service to promote (now or in the near future) this is your shot to state it! Say all you'd like:
I am a seasoned front-end developer with a talent for design. I breath well formatted semantic html, I produce efficient css, and I get the job done fast.
