Put Feet To Your Music

In this group I want to be able to help those musicians who want to "put feet to their music". Which means to take it somewhere, to set goals and reach them, to make this music thing happen. I want to give counsel through example and then give application.See More

How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
Kimball, David Curriculum Development and Implementer - Keyes to Learning Charter told me about it on LinkedIn.
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
Currently (re)employed after a mass layoff. Trying to start my own business on the side.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
Quit the unsatisfying current job and venture into the world of self employment.
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
I am a hands on type. I learn hands on and teach others by letting them do a task and guiding them when they get stuck. I love tools and mechanical things and taught myself welding and am now learning black smithing
Do you have a website presence anywhere?
More than one website?
If you have a product or service to promote (now or in the near future) this is your shot to state it! Say all you'd like:
I am persuing artistic blacksmithing with an emphasis on useful items such as fireplace tools and open fire kettle supports and other items. I also custom weld horeshoe art...names, doorknockers etc.

Hi John,

I'm back from an awesome conference last week, and I see you've joined in the process, so thought I'd stop by to welcome you to the amazing 48days community! Love that you're venturing into Self-Employment... Especially through a layoff we quickly find out that real security only lives in our ability to love, own, and produce...

Little background on me; I’m a long time member here, who truly believes in the 48 days vision and this community. I can truly testify that the power behind this community is a huge reason for my success and business.

So whenever I can, I like to reach out to see who I can help. If you have any questions, or you start feeling overwhelmed right off the bat, because there is just so much great content, discussions, and just lots of great stuff happening, feel free to reach out and let me know! I would love to help guide you here.

Also, many people who come to this site are stuck in career ruts, need help gaining clarity, finding passion, purpose, and real meaning in their lives, careers, and businesses. If you’re ready to take this part of your life to the next level, then join me in one of the newest 48 Days groups, 180 Degrees to Your Calling.

Outside of that, if you have questions, or get stuck with anything, you can always ask me, any of the 48 Days Advisors, and you can always just post a discussion on the home page forum.

Many blessings on your journey, and by all means… Enjoy the adventure!

Hi John!

I try to take time each week to welcome new members to 48Days.Net. So, let me say "welcome" to you! I know you will find this to be a great site filled with people who are experiencing true success in both life and work.

Also, I'd like to point out that one of the best places to connect with other liked-minded people here is in the GROUPS section. There are groups for just about every interest you can think of, and if you can't find a group that interests you, you can start one. Groups are my favorite part of 48Days.Net!

Finally, if you happen to be a speaker or author (or want to become either), check out these two groups. They are two of the most popular groups on the site because of all the great conversation taking place:

* Speak It Forward -- REAL Success and Profit for Speakers!
* Write It Forward -- REAL Success and Profit for Writers!

Again, enjoy 48Days.Net. It's a great place to be!

Live it forward,
Kent Julian www.liveitforward.com
