- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- Google search brought me here.
what i hope to "get out of being a part of this community" ;
in a word, insight.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- i am a truck drivers wife; and my baby is now 16... my heart wants to go back to the trenches of assisting the elderly.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- to be of service to God as once again and one more time, as a Certified Nursing Assistant; before i get too old to do this job.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- i need to give to people who need me.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- i connect with people thru their hearts. working with elderely people is fulfulling for me because i know how it feels to be powerless, and in pain, and lonely, and sad, and in need of just a tiny rey of sunshine. I try to bring as much sunshine with me to help relieve their sufferings... as much as i can. i have helped people die. i have held people in my arms as they have passed. i am the angel on this side, assisting the best i can assist the angels on the other side for these suffering men and women.
i don't like people who abuse this power they have over these helpless, old, fraile, defenseless people.
i have had to defend this belief i have. it is not easy. i usually end up on the unpopular end...and like a breeze; i am gone.
but, i love helping the elderly...and sometimes it is worth the sacrifice knowing that i could help someone in that situation.

It is a great network of supportive people, just the place to share your ideas and questions. Hope you will jump in and participate. Some groups I belong to are: Write It Forward, Speak It Forward and a new group that I recently started, A Called Woman where we talk about finding our calling and moving ahead with passion.
