Is anyone noticing any new home building going on in their area? There are spots here in Denver but nothing too notable...Our residential home prices are going up about 1% per month and rent rates are increasing amazingly fast as well. How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: 48 days Podcast. I hope to share business ideas and help others succeed.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: Owner of JC Denver Home Team with my wife Jocelyn.

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: Owning multiple businesses and earning passive income. We have begun the process of opening 10 real estate offices in 10 cities closing at least 100 transactions per city per year.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: Limitless giving

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: Selling homes, determining home values, analytical skills, finances, investing, budgeting, business building, systems, and helping others achieve their goals.
