- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I heard about the 48Days.NET community through a podcast that Dan Miller gives on 48 Days. I found the podcast through the iTunes business section.
I hope to be an inspiration to others just as Dan Miller has been to me. I am taking the necessary steps to achieve my definite chief aim in my personal and business life.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I currently work in the culinary field with two companies that brings me income to put towards my business. I am a couple of classes away from achieving my Bachelors Degree in Operations Management with an Emphasis in Logistics from Ashford University. As I near that goal, I am structuring my companies very carefully to take advantage of all business opportunities that may be available to me.
I am also currently doing research towards the launch of my business, a Hawaiian lifestyle clothing company that reflects the personality and values of my familiy.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?

Lilina Holdings is a privately owned company that helps people realize their maximum potential by providing tools to strive and achieve their definite purpose in life.
Lilina Holdings provides assistance to the communities of Kaua'i through education, financial and physical (food, clothes and shelter) programs.
Lilina Holdings receives its funds through the companies in which it owns. At the moment, majority of the funding is coming from USM Apparel, a Hawaiian Lifestyle company focused on showcasing the Hawaiian Culture through its P&W Collection.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- I want to become a great man of God and be able to shine the light so that others may see and praise my Father in heaven. I want to live out the quotation in Mathew 5:16 "In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- Some unique core values that I have as a company reflects on the core values that I have for myself. These are:
1) Be dedicated. Dedicate time to something purposeful. For example, I like to dedicate some time in my day to devotions and prayer. God is very faithful to me even though I may be a hypocrite at times.
2) Be a hard worker. Go above and beyond what is asked of you. In Matthew 5:41, Jesus says "If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles."
3) Be humble. Do the work regardless of who gets the credit. True leaders give the credit to his or her team.
