NURSING BURNOUT

Is it possible to have nursing burnout after only two years? I haven't even reached two years yet, but I am already on my way. You would think with all the talk about the nursing shortage that the hospital's would just be begging you to work. I find that in my area that is just not the case. You work what they want you to and that is that. I work three twelve hour shifts, which I agreed to, at the time not knowing how hard it was going to be on my family.
