Passion vs. Comfort Zone

Have you ever had to step out of your comfort zone to pursue something that you are passionate about? Have you ever pursued your passion for a career but no matter what you did it just didn’t seem to work out. It can be costly and very frustrating. Has a loved one ever said to “why don’t you get a real job” when you are searching for that perfect fit.  Ouch! That can hurt. I’m just not able to sit in a cubical all day. That makes many people happy but I just can’t do it.For many years I worked…See More

Blogging to Lift Spirits

It is amazing how God works in our lives! I started a small business back in December in pet care services, now it is May and things are slow to say the least. One day I decided I had a lot to share with people that are hurting and have been hurt. I wanted to share the power of overcoming the pain by sharing God’s love for us, understanding faith. Faith is so difficult when the pain is so big. I did not think that I could write really because of my Dyslexia, but when God works through you any…See More

Are my rights as a Christian being threatened!

A dear friend asked me what will I do when I get off of my soap box? He is right I can’t just stand on it and shout, it is time to move. Time to be *Bold*  in Christ, time to stop sitting & complaining about our Christian rights being pushed aside, we have done that way too long. As Christians we have accepted the world because it has slowly absorbed us. We have been deceived! Who is the great deceiver.. the devil. He comes as a great angel of light to this carnal world, our flesh wants us…See More

Are You My Mother?

Posted on November 1, 2010 at 10:30pm 0 Comments

I had the most enchanting evening with my sixteen year old son. It was the first school activity that I was able to attend since we moved to Franklin two months ago. I'm one of those mothers that sits on the sidelines of every event, not wanting to miss a moment in my child's life. Sam is the youngest of four children. Yes, the youngest gets more attention, all the others have jumped out of the nest.

It is funny that I started this blog with the title of my son's favorite childrens…

Hello Diana,

Just noticed you joined 48Days.net -- WELCOME! It's a great site with tons of great people.

If you happen to be a speaker or author (or want to become either), check out the following groups. They are two of the most popular groups on the site because of all the great conversation taking place.

* Write It Forward -- REAL Success and Profit for Writers!

One other thing…I want to offer you a gift. You can download my FREE e-resource entitled Goal-Setting That Actually Works! by joining the REAL Success E-Zine community at www.liveitforward.com.
