How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
Saw Dan on TV, then read his book and listened to many months of podcasts in just one month. I engaged with Dan for coaching, gained clarity of focus, acknowledged my purpose and strengths and as a result have launched

Like Dan, this community is very generous, sharing their combined experience, wisdom, failure and success, all in an effort to help each other.

I love being a part of this amazing community it is a potent atmosphere for success!
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
I help leaders and their teams to discover and leverage their strengths.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
My vision is a world filled with people leading their lives, using their strengths and reaching the fullness of their potential.
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
Exercise and healthy eating is always a goal.
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
Coaching and leading people to see what their strengths are and how to leverage them is what I am naturally gifted at.

Mentoring others on ways they can lead their lives using the influence of their God given strengths.

I am honored to be an endorsed coach for Dan Miller at 48days.com

I am a Founding Partner with the John C. Maxwell Coaching and Speaking certification program and have been honored to serve on his President's Advisory Council.

With my D/I wiring through DISC I am action oriented, people friendly and tend to have expansive thinking.

If you have a product or service to promote (now or in the near future) this is your shot to state it! Say all you'd like:
As the former Vice President of Global Brand Operations for a very successful fashion accessory company headquartered in New York, I have enjoyed the kind of corporate job most people dream about; working for a great company alongside some really talented individuals, I have traveled around the world, creating and developing teams that today service retailers in more than 80 countries. Early on in my career I found ways to develop leadership by leading people to discover their strengths.

With more than twenty years using DISC assessments, I identified that maximizing the strengths each individual is wired with, provided a great result for them and their business.

It became clear that sustained success seemed to come to those who learned and leaned into their natural strengths.

Today, I coach individuals through the process of discovering and leading with their strengths to build successful businesses.
