- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- Heard about 48 Days in a Dave Ramsey email, bought a signed book with CD from DR site and started my 48 days on June 14th. Looking for advice and support as I follow the 48 Days plan and try to hear my calling.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- Employee of a small medical devices company where I manage their data and their inventory. Several side projects give me an outlet for more creative work, including web development, remastering old gospel music to offer on CD/MP3, and creating some made-to-order miniature buildings and room boxes.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- In the planning stages for a move to working as a Business Process Re-engineering/Realignment (BPR) coach. Defining the market will be hard.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- Working on losing 80 lbs (down 35 since 1/1/11), doing Couch-to-5k program, working on accounting degree.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- Logical, computer programmer, patience for detail work (models, miniatures, camera repairs, etc.), good with data and figures.

If you were looking for marriage advice, I'd probably not be on your list of people to ask. I mean, sure, I've been married for 27 years, and my marriage has been through thick and thin. Lots of thin. A couple of career meltdowns, a business failure or two (or ten), foreclosure, bankruptcy (twice), living with in-laws and out-laws, three kids, 28 homes, and even a couple of times where we were, um... between homes. For a number of years I have run a tiny niche business based on the name of a man who died in 1968. His work has passed into the public domain and I did a bit of work to clean it up, reformat it, and have built a web site, a Yahoo! Group, and a Facebook page to put a little community around it.
