Last Friday was my last day of work. At least for now. I worked for the same company for over the last 30 years and although every day wasn't perfect I'm thankful for the opportunities it gave me. Graduating high school I never considered asking some of the questions Dan suggests. My only thought was who was hiring? The 2 best definitions I've heard come from Earl Nightingale, describing it as, the progressive realization of a worthwhile goal. As I was thinking of this subject I thought of oxy-morons, jumbo shrimp, pretty ugly, and bitter sweet to name a few. Could the same thing be said of a Christian democrat. Growing up in Ohio it was only natural to grow up liking the Cincinnatti Reds. What memories I have of the Big Red Machine of the 70's. This year we were treated to another great year of baseball.
