How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
Through Dan Miller's books.

I hope go get inspiration to pursue my new business ventures... freelance design, blogging and starting a snack food/energy bar company.
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
Founder of startup organic energy bar and snackfood company. Bearded Brothers www.www.beardedbros.com
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- Grow Bearded Brothers into a national brand! Become a $500MM company.
- To help others also launch successful food businesses.
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- Love my wife as Christ loved the Church.
- Spend lots of time with my family and friends
- Enjoy the outdoors as much as possible and introduce my children to things like camping, trail running, and rock climbing
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
I love working with people and sharing the things I'm passionate about, I'm also very connected and network well. I'm very adaptable and easy to get along with. I also am very restorative in regards to relationships and love to learn new things.

I love the flatirons. I've bailed on the first about 6 times because of lightning.

Do you get out there much?

Hi Caleb! In Tennessee you can get a domestic kitchen license and work out of a home kitchen for certain foods. I'm not sure what the laws are in TX but you should check on that. The other option might be to look for a commercial kitchen for hourly rent. "The Kitchen Space" in Austin looks like it might be promising. Check the website. www.thekitchenspace.com
This is hands down the least expensive way to get in a kitchen and get started with making your product and poses very little risk to you. Facilities like this are usually a great resource of information as well and can probably help you with all aspects of making, packaging, labeling, etc.
I really hope this helps!

Caleb - congrats on everything and the future Wife - and how you plan on Loving her. Your marriage will rock if you keep that the focus. I am in a marriage now that I had no idea was possible - I would have never dreamed it could be this great simply because Christ is our foundation and we lay our relationship at the foot of the cross. I am in Austin as well we should grab some healthy coffee somewhere!

Hello Caleb,

Just noticed you joined 48Days.net -- WELCOME! It's a great site with tons of great people.

If you happen to be a speaker or author (or want to become either), check out the following groups. They are two of the most popular groups on the site because of all the great conversation taking place.

* Speak It Forward -- REAL Success and Profit for Speakers!
* Write It Forward -- REAL Success and Profit for Writers!

One other thing…I want to offer you a gift. You can download my FR EE e-resource entitled Goal-Setting That Actually Works! by joining the REAL Success E-Zine community at www.liveitforward.com. It's a growing and dynamic community of people striving to live WAY BEYOND their average in the most important roles of their lives. I think you'll get a ton out of both the Goal-Setting product and the REAL Success E-Zine. And again, both are absolutely free.

Looking forward to connecting with you!

Live it forward,
Kent Julian

Depending on what your interests are, there is a wide selection of discussion groups to get involved with.

One group that is worth looking into is 180 Service Station.
Good stuff going on in there.

Another group you'll want to stop by is the 4 points coaching compass. That's my group.
You are invited to get involved in this week's discussion. We are talking about how to give your best, not out of fear, but out of joy.
