Don Roulo said… We are just getting ready to start on Monday. I am finishing up a workshop with a group of teens at a crisis pregnancy center. That has gone extremely well! It is an amazing thing to watch these young people hear that they can achieve success in their life.
Currently we have about 35 people signed up for the class right now. I was hoping for 50 plus, but we are making good connections through this process. I have made contact with others who are interested in doing the workshop in their area. It is close enough that I can drive and do them. We have not worked out any details at all, just talking about it right now.
Are you facilitating the workshop? How many are registered?

- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I heard Dan Miller first in an interview on the Dave Ramsey Show. Afterwards I went on to listen to 48 Days.
I hope to recieve and give advice on ways to become a better speaker, writer and coach.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I have recently been hired as a coach for CollegePlus. I am also a preaching minister of a local church. I am the only employee of this small/medium church.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- I dream of having a platform through which I can help people become the best that God made them to be. I want to walk alongside people in their journey to have better financial, personal, career, and spiritual lives. I am beginning explore ways to raise my family's income and fulfillment through side projects, speaking engagements, life-coaching, and writing. Eventually, I hope to replace most or all of my preaching salary so that my church's resources can be freed up for other opportunities.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- My wife and I both want me to be working in my strengths in a way that will include our family and make a huge impact on the world. We want our children to be game-changers. I want to train 10 others to leave $100,000,000 Christian legacies, write some great books, and speak on a platform much like Leadercast - all for God's glory. Our dream is to spread the message and offer coaching that enables and equips people to write their own story of success that has a eternal impact through and for Jesus Christ.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I am a motivational world-changer and a resource connector. I love seeing people become who God made them to be. I may not have all the ideas, but I know that by pointing people to the best, they will be on their road to be their best!

In Kent Julian’s new book on awesomeness, Who Wants to Be NORMAL Anyway?, he has a chapter on your potty mouth. In order to become awesome and successful he suggests you “Chuck Norris” it. Seriously.
