Post Cards for hotels?
I am wanting to contact some of our local hotels to see about offering them post cards to provide along with their other stationary. The post cards would have the hotels picture and pictures of sites from the area. I was thinking it might be a great way to get a little extra income. Has anyone tried this and if so how did it go? Does anyone see any potential problems or have any ideas on how to set value to it?See More

Profile Information
- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I learned about Dan through listening to Dave Ramsey's show. Dave was recommending Dan's 48 days book and I purchased a copy for myself. I joined the community after completing the book. I am sad to say however that I have not been a very active or productive member. One of my goals in 2013 is to connect and add value to the community and I believe doing so will add value to me.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I worked at Wal-mart as an assistant manager until October 2012. I chaged jobs due to stress and a few other issues. I am now a car salesman at a local dealership. I have learned a lot about the process and I am determined to learn what I can here and apply it to our family business. My wife is a photographer and runs her own business out of our home. I help in any way that I can and we would both like to see her business grow. I would like to start a business of my own as well but I am focusing on "What" I want to do at the moment.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- I want to be able to spend more time with my family. I believe we all want that. I want to be debt free! We are already half way there. I want to be able to provide for my growing family. I want to be the me that I dream about and in 2013 I have defined goals that will make my dream a reality.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- I want to get back into a helather lifestyle. I need to lose the rest of my weight and this is the year to make it happen. I want to read more this year than I did last year. I want to fish more as well. I really enjoy it but put it off so much because there are other things to do.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I am a good manager. I like details for the most part. I am a very creative person. Ideas come easily to me. I enjoy working with people.

I've actually gone in a different direction and have not done anything more with the inventory business. Your help was much appreciated though in helping me vet that potential path for me. Have actually sold a lot of my photo equipment as it was simply losing value sitting on the shelf! Thanks for checking in - what are you up to now?
