Profile Information

How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: I was listening to the podcast, "How do I break free from the chains of mediocrity?" and I was hoping to be able to not only get some help with direction but also be able to help others with things where I'm gifted. I'm a web designer.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: Self Employed for 3 years after being laid-off but 14 years in my job field as a web designer.

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: I've had so many dreams crushed, I'm not certain anymore. But I do know that I'm very interested in encourageing, comforting, exhorting the people, especially Christians. My relationship with God is very important in all I do.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: I have romantic thoughts about finishing up my college degree, but I can't see a way to do it as the only person earning income in the family. I really enjoy writing, but I'm not confident enough.

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: Strength Finders results are: Responsibility - Connectedness - Strategic - Learner - Belief

I think I'm a good listener.
