Profile Information

How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: From a member. I want to figure out my passion job and a way to earn money by not having to go to a 9-5 job each day, want to have many clients so I don't have all my eggs in one basket. I went the route of one job at a reputable company only to have the job jerked out from under me.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: I am currently self-employed and do contract work for an attorney that I previously worked with at law firm where I was employed for 13 years as a paralegal in the real estate and corporate departments. I also did some transcribing for the litigation department. I am now helping this attorney with review and preparation of leasing documents. I work from my home office and we correspond via email. I am wanting to branch out and get more clients (apples in my basket). I have worked in a law office for 22 years as a legal assistant and paralegal.

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: To enjoy the work I do and find job security in multiple clients.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: Be a productive part of society and feel as though I have accomplished something each day.

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: I am a people pleaser and care passionately about the quality of work I do. I am an "S" person.
