"Just a quick word to anyone still considering going to Kent's Boot Camp in December (I think there are seats left). I first met Kent in 2010 when I attended the boot camp. I thought I wanted to have a speaking business to support my…"
"Kent, I love the way you are always reaching forward. I'm thinking this morning about how I can take the same approach to my constituency. I'm primarily interested in supporters of our work in Liberia, but the principles are…"
"Way to go Kimanzi. It's been awhile since you've heard from me but I follow all of you with interest. After attending Kent's Boot Camp in 2010 I began a two track speaking regimen of paid speaking on "Live Your Legacy…"
"Those of you who have never been to a Kent Julian event, hang on to your hats and keep your wits about you. You don't want to miss a second. Be there for every minute and pay attention. You can rest when you die. My…"
"Love to see how you all are moving forward with your speaking careers. It gives me goose bumps to read all this. Haven't been on here for awhile but keep up with comments sent to my email. If I can do this, every one of you…"
Actually a very good plan. Will give context and focus to your boot camp experience making it far more meaningful.
I do a lot of what might be called preaching when I'm the main Sunday morning speaker or speaking at missions conferences.…"
"I went in 2010. I can hardly express how much you will learn.
1. You will learn inside stuff on every facet of being a speaker.
2. You will meet amazing quality people -- associates of Kent's.
3. You will learn bonus…"
"Kent, I'm using your 1-20-80 (as I have been for almost 2 years) to decide WHAT I do and Michael Hyatt's schedule to work out WHEN I do it. I work out my schedule for a week and then tweak it daily as I plan each evening in detail…"
I only know you via your association with SIF and this comment wall. Believing I'm in your general age range, I'd like your input into my MasterMind decision making process. I think I'm one of those "high C folks" who is slow to decide but who holds on tenaciously after deciding. Right now the decision is about participating in MasterMind while continuing to teach high school full time. I have a strong message but not much platform and would be starting mostly from the ground up. (Part of my "message" has been delivered to 5 locations in Kenya in two summer teacher training settings--training prospective Bible teachers with curriculum I've written).
The question: how much do you think success with MasterMind is affected by whether one is a D - I - S -or C? Or, is it more a question of determination? Or basic skills? Or age? Or ?? Thanks for whatever insight you can give from such limited information.
Hi Andy, glad you will also be attending Speak It Forward! I see that you mentioned in your profile that you are a Restorer... did you get that from the Clifton's Strengthsfinder test by chance? That is one of my strengths too!
Hey Andy, just now got your message on the Kent Julian Mastermind group and I appreciate the offer to share a room. I am still trusting God to take care of my travel arrangements. Once I get that knocked out, I would be happy to take you up on your offer. You're an awesome guy...thanks!
I know you are slammed right now, so let me know you got this!
