I was hoping to complete this by the end of January, but I remembered what Dan said about even if we miss our goal we should be proud that we still made progess. I'm looking forward to all the enthusiastic visitors I will be getting to my site. I was acutally afraid to complete the site and launch. - How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I've read the books, listen to the podcast. I want to join so that I can network with the other members. I have questions and would like to help answer some questions.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I'm currently working on switching from my fulltime job as a chemist to being a mime artist, and I'm working on marketing my new lab invention as well as my audio blog site.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- My goal is to build my job around my life, not my life around my job. It's my desire to be able to work from home and have my own business. I can't imagine raising kids and working fulltime at a location other than my home. I invented an instrument for other chemists (with the help of dan miller's podcast and book) now i'm working on marketing it. it's my goal for it to be a million dollar product. my next goal is to become better at mime and make money from it. my third goal is to develop and sell my vision book on etsy.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- It's my goal to be the best hip-hop mime artist. Im starting with my blog (freshlymimed.wordpress.com), learning 2 mime routines per month, and I recently joined a mimed troupe in TN. Another goal is to be able to raise my future children without needing to put them in daycare. Travel whenever I please. Be a millionaire so I can give abundantley to God's Kingdom. I also study chinese and it's my goal to be fluent in this language.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I'm analytical (thus analytical chemist and studying chinese). I'm creative (thus mime). I enjoy working alone and then presenting my work to others.

Also, I'd like to point out that one of the best places to connect with other liked-minded people here is in the GROUPS section. There are groups for just about every interest you can think of, and if you can't find a group that interests you, you can start one. Groups are my favorite part of 48Days.Net!
